Aileen Markey is a Global HR and Talent Management Leader with substantial International and cross sector experience.

Aileen’s knowledge spans multiple disciplines and she is best known for supporting people and organisations through complex restructures and transformational change. Aileen has the ability to navigate highly matrixed organisations and complex situations in a calm and structured way. She’s a relationship builder, successful creator and leader of teams, and continues to invest much personal time in the development of other Leaders and Talent Management professionals.

Aileen has lived and worked in three continents, with her accreditation in Coaching with Neuroscience, Aileen is an asset to any client.
